One release a month. Each card shows the go-live date, which modules are in it and how full the team is. The last card is what's pending: each pending feature is added to the next monthly release as soon as it's complete.
Bars are coloured by the release they ship in. Each module's work over time, with build windows, UAT weeks and go-live dates. Click a module to see its features as bars; each bar runs from when work on the feature starts to the day it's ready. Click a feature to edit it. The chart updates when you move features on the board below.
Not tied to a date and not needed for go-live. As soon as one is complete, it goes into the next monthly release (for example, the social media form joins Registration). Click a feature to edit it or move it into a release.
Every card is a feature the hospital can use. It says what the feature does, when it is ready, and when it goes live. Testing, UAT fixes and planning are not cards; each release keeps hours for them.
